Easy Egg Cups

Ingredients

1-2 Eggs

1x Onion

1 cup Sausage/Bacon - Cooked

1 cup cheese

1x Green Pepper

Directions

Cook meat or purchase pre-cooked bacon

Chop veggies and store separately

When ready; Whisk egg w/ milk

Combine veggies, protein, and cheese. Mix

Microwave for 45 seconds; stir

Microwave for 45 seconds; stir; let sit for 5 minutes
