Ingredients

Dry:

1 1/4 cups flour

1/2 cup chopped nuts

1 cup powdered sugar


Wet:

1 stick margarine

8 ounces cream cheese

2 packages pudding

3 cups milk


Other:

Cool Whip

Nuts (for topping)

Description

Pistachio Pudding Delight

Directions

Crust:
Mix flour, nuts, and margarine together.
Pat the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking pan.
Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes, then let cool.
Cream Cheese Layer:
Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.

Pudding Layer:
Mix the pudding mixes with the milk according to package instructions.
Spread the pudding over the cream cheese layer.

Chill and Serve:
Chill the dessert for at least 2 hours, or until set.
Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with additional nuts before serving.
